Surah Al-Falaq سُورَةُ الفَلَقِ Surah Al-Falaq is the 113th surah of the Quran. Its name means “The Dawn”. It is a meccan surah of 5 verses, opening in juz 30 on page 604 of the mushaf. Below is the full Arabic text in Uthmani script with an English translation for every verse.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ١ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ٢ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ٣ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ٤ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ٥
Translation, verse by verse 113:1 Say, ‘I seek the protection of the Lord of the daybreak
113:2 from the evil of what He has created,
113:3 and from the evil of the dark night when it falls,
113:4 and from the evil of the witches, who blow on knots,
113:5 and from the evil of the envious one when he envies.’
